Kaleidoscope by Lozano Postcard

The postcard shows a painting by Arthur (Art) Lozano entitled Kaleidoscope. The painting was actually his entry at the Cordillera Ecological Painting Competition. He is actually from Ilocos Sur and had also won the Luzon Art Awards.
