This is another postcard of the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). The PICC has been the venue of political summits, medical conventions, and concerts of international artists as varied as Luciano Pavarotti, the Bolshoi Ballet, and Josh Groban.
Philippine International Convention Center Postcard Again, the PICC has five building modules, the Delegation Building, Secretariat Building, Plenary Hall, Reception Hall and The PICC Forum. The five-storey Delegation Building houses meeting rooms, banquet halls, office spaces and lounges that can accommodate different groups.
