I again got lucky with this postcard. I was able to find both the title of the painting on the postcard and a biography of the artist. The painting on the postcard is the work of S.Y. Zhukovsky and it is entitled "July Night." Stanislav Yulianovich Zhukovsky was born in Yendrikhovtsy, Grodno province, in 1875. He became a celebrated painter associated with the Impressionist movement. He was dedicated to landscape painting. During World War II, he was arrested by the Nazis and sent to the Prushkov concentration camp, where he died in 1944.

Russian Painting Postcard 1
The back of the postcard gives the name of the artist and the title of the painting. However, I had hard time gathering information about the painting on the postcard since it's in Russian. I was, however, lucky that I was able to translate the name of the artist. I got that name of Vasili Evmenevich Savinsky, but I was not able to find a biography of the artist. The painting on the postcard is a actually a portrait, but couldn't find the title of the painting itself or the name of the lady.
I just hope that somebody can recognize the painting or have information on Savinsky.
